Austermann Step 6 is a price- winning sock yarn treaded with aloe and jojoba oil for a luxuriously soft texture that lasts more than 40 washings.

This is the original Aloe Vera and Jojoba oil fused sock yarn! It is truly one of the softest sock yarns on the market, featuring a Cashmere-like touch, without the Cashmere price! The Step line will soften your hands when knitting, and soften your feet when wearing. The Aloe Vera and Jojoba oil will last for approximately 40 machine washes.
In contrast to normal anti- felting processes, the EXP process is chlorine free ( EXP use non toxic salts). EXP treatment save a great deal of water, up to 50%. In addition EXP requires far fewer and much less harmful chemicals than other treatments.

The pattern appears as you knit. Dimensional stable, hard-wearing, machine washable up to 40°C(no felting) and dryer proof.
